As you know carrot are  rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. They are also a good source of antioxidants. Antioxidants are nutrients present in plant-based foods.

Benefits of eating carrot are mentioned below :

1. Boosts the immune system-Our immune system is made up of many organs and specialized cells, such as white blood cells.
