CONVEYOR SAFETY RULES

 CONVEYOR SAFETY RULES :

·       Pull emergency rope only in emergency

·       If an item is stuck in the pinch point of the conveyor, remove it from the Shepherd hook.

·       When picking up the running item on the conveyor, make sure that the fingers do not fall into the leash or pinch point.

·       Always keep the emergency button and rope free.

·       Be sure to report any pinch points or abnormal conditions.

·       If the conveyor is starting then during that time we have to stay away from any moving part.

·       Keep only one item at a time and do not keep it on top of each other.

·       Never move your hand or finger near the roller of the conveyor.

·       केवल आपातकालीन स्थिति में ही इमरजेंसी रस्सी को खींचे।

·       अगर कन्वेयर के पिंच पॉइंट में कोई आइटम फंस गया है तो उसे शेफर्ड हुक से निकाले।

·       कन्वेयर पर रनिंग कर रहे आइटम को उठाते समय अंगुलियां  पट्टे या पिंच पॉइंट में फसे न, इसका ध्यान दें।  

·       एमर्जेन्सी बटन और रस्सी को सदैव फ्री रखें।

·       किसी भी पिंच पॉइंट या असामान्य स्थिति की सूचना अवश्य दें।

·       कन्वेयर यदि स्टार्ट हो रहा है तो उस दौरान हमें किसी भी घूमने वाले पार्ट से दूर रहना है।

·       एक बार सिर्फ एक आइटम ही रखे तथा एक दूसरे के ऊपर न रखें।

·       कन्वेयर के रोलर के पास कभी भी अपना हाथ या ऊँगली ना करें।
